THE CITY//

The City is a web-based software we use to help connect people into the community, build deeper relationships, mobilize service & mission and proclaim the Gospel.



The City allows for more in-depth interaction than an online forum, but also is less time-consuming than a social network. The City is specifically designed for churches to foster real, in-person community, rather than merely online “community” based on what is on your “wall” or what you have “+1’d.”



All of the groups in our church (Campuses, Community Groups, ministry groups, etc.) have a place in The City. Ministry doesn’t happen in these online groups, but allows us to interact in ways that enhance our face-to-face interactions and keep us in touch and updated throughout the week.

 We really encourage you to be a member on The City of the groups that you participate in in-person, especially your campus. If you regularly attend one campus (e.g. Short North), please join that campus's City group to stay up to date on things most relevant to you!
