Ryan Coholich was installed as a pastor at Tri-Village on Sunday, April 8th. Roger Coville was installed as a pastor at Short North on Sunday, April 15th.

Roger Coville

Covilles

Roger Coville and his wife Kelly have lived in the Columbus area for 31 years. Most of that time they raised their adult children Stan Coville and Cassie (Matt) Arthur in the suburbs. After many years of traveling into the city for ministry work, they chose to move to Olde Towne East. They began attending Veritas in 2015 and became members in 2016.

The Covilles have led and hosted small groups for many years, both at Veritas and their former church. Roger was the Director of Small Groups at their suburban church for a time. Kelly has been co-leading the “Mid-Day Group” since it began in 2016.

Roger and Kelly both have a passion for reaching the lost for Jesus. They have both been traveling to Malawi, Africa to serve and love on the missionaries doing the hard work of reaching orphans with the gospel. They lead annual trips and communicate weekly with the Malawian leaders about the programs and the progress the children are making to “live for God and love others.”

Roger and Kelly met while attending The Ohio State University. Roger is a semi-retired IT executive and passionate woodworker. Kelly is a tax accountant, and she works part time at Veritas, keeping the books.

Roger and Kelly are extremely excited to grow and support the church in this new way!

Ryan Coholich

Ryan Coholich and his wife Ashton both grew up in Ohio and have lived in Columbus for the past several years. They live on the South side of Columbus in Grove City and are expecting their first child (baby girl) in May.

The Coholichs were a part of the Veritas East plant team, where Ryan served on the leadership team and he and Ashton served leading a connect team and co-leading a Community Group.

Ryan and Ashton both have hearts for discipleship. Ashton was involved in Younglife for years and has led several women’s bible studies. Ryan has served in soul care at the church – offering biblical counseling to couples and individuals.

Ryan holds a BSS in Marketing from Ohio University and a MA in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also a certified biblical counselor through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).
