First, clarify your message. Describe the wins in your terms to get that out of the way. Now, rethink the whole thing in terms of how it solves a problem they have. Consider their wins and be aware, and even address, their obstacles to winning. People don’t want more to do; they want to know that your message helps them solve a problem they already have.
