Spiritual Ambition
John the Baptist’s statement, “He must increase, I must decrease,” is a shot to our pride. His example shows us that true humility is not self-deprecation, but rather acknowledging who made us and why we’re here.
God’s Love Being Lifted Up
Jesus’ call for Nicodemus to be born again shows us that the Gospel call isn’t based on our status. Instead when we come to know Jesus we are urged to reset our lives spiritually. Walking with the Lord is not about the reformation of our actions but the total transformation of our lives.
Blessing in the Wine
Jesus’s first miracle very much sets the tone for the rest of his ministry as well as provides insight into his character. We see Jesus as both the Lord of the Feast and a loving shepherd who is intimately involved in the details of our lives.
Following Jesus
The calling of the disciples shows us what discipleship is truly about, following Jesus and becoming part of his story. Likewise, Christ is calling us to more than just moral teaching but to the hands on experience of life together.

ASK: Wildcard
The final Sunday in the Ask series. Nick and Brad answer texted questions from the audience. Finally, we’re encouraged to doubt or doubts, rest in the Lord, and let God guide us.
ASK: Money
Our view of money reveals our true heart condition. All too often our heart is consumed with acquiring wealth and not with generous giving. Nick gives insight as to how we can worship with our wealth instead of worshiping wealth. If our heart has truly been changed by the gospel, by what God has given us in his Son, we will give and give generously.
ASK: Sexuality
Our identity is incredibly important to us. As sinners, we can easily identify ourselves with things lesser than the cross of Christ. Rather than defining ourselves by our sexuality, we are called to realize our place in Christ Jesus and honor him with how we live.
